Laura Bjørnkjær Weibel specialises in real estate, including in particular construction law and dispute resolution within the building and construction industry. 

Laura provides trusted advice to various construction-industry players. Her advisory services include risk management, preservation of evidence, contract management and claims management.  

Moreover, she advises both contractors and employers in connection with the conclusion of small or large construction contracts.   

In addition, she also deals with dispute resolution and provides advice in connection with survey proceedings, performance-bond-payment proceedings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board as well as litigation and arbitration.  

Laura has acted for clients on a number of major construction disputes and has in that connection advised on and prepared comprehensive pleadings.
