Laila has more than 14 years’ experience within management, including also in strongly regulated sectors.

For more than 13 years, she has dealt with operational performance, strategy, process optimization and modernization, software development, IT as well as project and portfolio management and is thereby widely experienced in handling all kinds of situations.

Laila’s varied background within the sectors chemicals, finance, energy, pharma as well as IT enables her to fast obtain profound and extensive insight in an area, equipping her with the skills to view a situation from multiple perspectives and thereby deliver optimum solutions.
