Klara Drasbæk specialises in advising on distressed engagements.

She provides advice on all legal aspects of insolvency proceedings, including reconstruction proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, creditor arrangements and transfers of all or parts of distressed companies. Klara also conducts litigation in connection with bankruptcy estates, including avoidance proceedings and bankruptcy quarantine cases. 

Klara also advises financial institutions on financial, mortgage and insolvency law matters.

In addition, Klara focuses on green transition, advising on renewable energy projects (RE projects), which particularly includes projects involving the establishment, operation and restoration of solar parks and wind turbines.
