Recent highlights
- Kim acted for Abildskou A/S in connection with its conclusion of an agreement with FlixBus. Abildskou A/S sold a part of its business activities to FlixBus and, at the same time, concluded a cooperation agreement providing for Abildskou A/S to operate selected routes in Denmark for FlixBus.
- Kim has acted for Microshade A/S for a number of years on the preparation and conclusion of development, production and sales agreements.
- Kim has acted for Unilabs A/S for a number of years on the preparation and conclusion of service agreements, non-disclosure agreements and has also provided regular assistance on the wording of specific contractual provisions.
- Kim acted for the bankruptcy estate in connection with the bankruptcy of Råhus Construction ApS in 2021. Kim conducted the bankruptcy estate’s case before the court, whose outcome was that the court imposed a disqualification order on the formal as well as on the actual management.
- Kim acted in arbitration proceedings for the buyer of an enterprise, who had raised a claim against the seller due to misstatements in the financial statements. The matter was submitted to the Danish Disciplinary Board for Approved Auditors, which confirmed that the financial statements had been incorrectly prepared.
