Julie Hansen works in our Real Estate practice group and is part of DLA Piper Denmark’s environmental-law team.

Julie caters especially for Danish enterprises and private plot owners and advises on issues of planning and environmental law, including environmental impact assessments, environmental approvals, nature protection, preservation matters and planning processes.

Moreover, she assists in disputes regarding compulsory acquisition and compensation in compulsory-acquisition matters.

In particular, Julie acts in lawsuits and complaints proceedings before administrative tribunals and also provides advice in connection with permit procedures, dialogue with authorities and the setting up of projects, etc.
