About

Jonas Christian Bang specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as company and commercial law. He provides advice to Danish and international businesses, private equity funds, venture capital sponsors and financial institutions in connection with acquisitions, divestitures and investments.

Jonas advises on all aspects of an M&A process, including due diligence, structuring of transactions, negotiations, the drafting of transaction documents as well as on the completion of corporate transactions. He also acts for clients in connection with the negotiation of W&I insurance policies.

In addition, Jonas advises on issues of company law, including investments, ownership structures and the creation of enterprises.

Jonas has been involved in a vast number of complex and cross-border transactions, and he advises owner-managed businesses as well as investment funds and international groups.

He is highly experienced in handling cross-sectoral transactions, and, with his commercial understanding and legal expertise, he brings about value-creating solutions for our clients.
