- Glenn has provided legal advice on an ongoing basis to major Danish telecom provider TDC A/S within real estate, including as regards rental properties and the transfer of real estate, commercial leases, the negotiation of leases and assistance in connection with disputes on leases and dispute resolution.
- Glenn has provided legal advice to Danish property developers FB Gruppen A/S and Ny Valby Udvikling A/S regarding the acquisition of Grønttorvet in Valby, which was formerly a Copenhagen wholemarket site, for the purpose of creating and constructing a new city district with approx. 2,000 residential units and shops.
