• Carl Erik participated in the turnaround process of By Lassen ApS spanning negotiations with financial creditors, strategy, board work as well as the final sale to Menu Designers Company | MENU. 
• From 2012, Carl Erik was involved in the Board of Directors of R&D Engineering and dealt with intensive strategic work and sales preparation of the Group, concluding in a sale of the business to the US conglomerate MTS Group. 
• Carl Erik participates in the Board of Directors of Autorola focusing on the Group’s international expansion and technological development involving the use of AI systems, where he has a particular focus on working capital and financing as well as on working procedures under different governance structures and financial regulatory frameworks on different markets.
