Anders Nørgaard

A significant part of Anders' work relates to public construction and civil engineering contracts, where he advises on the planning of tenders, contract structure and risk allocation, as well as the subsequent handling of disputes during performance.

Anders assists clients throughout the entire contract life cycle - from the initial tender strategy and preparation of tender documents to contract management, amendments, and dispute resolution.

He also conducts a number of cases before courts, arbitration boards, the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, and assists clients in the strategic handling of complaints and other public procurement law conflicts.

Anders regularly advises municipalities, government agencies, and utility companies in connection with major public projects where legal strategy, contract structure, and risk management are key elements.
