DLA Piper has advised Newcobh Holding ApS in the sale of 33.33% of the shares in DSO Holding ApS to TN Cruise & Travel GmbH & Co. KG.

Newcobh Holding ApS has sold 33.33% of the shares in DSO Holding ApS, a Danish company engaged in cruise services, tourism and maritime travel, to TN Cruise & Travel GmbH & Co. KG, a leading German company in the cruise, tourism and maritime travel sector.

Through this transaction, TN Cruise & Travel GmbH & Co. KG strengthens its capacity to deliver comprehensive services across the maritime and cruise industry.
