DLA Piper Advises Stoneweg and PenSam on Acquisition of Logistics Assets Near Copenhagen

Piper has advised Stoneweg and the Danish labour market pension fund PenSam on the acquisition of 39,000 sqm. logistics facilities located near Copenhagen, Denmark. The transaction was completed on behalf of Stoneweg’s €200 million logistics partnership with PenSam, which targets light-industrial and logistics assets across Denmark and Sweden.
